Hi, I’m Maria! Originally from England with Greek heritage, I moved to the US in the 60ies and now call Reno home. I love traveling, languages, and exploring new places and cultures – it fuels my creativity.
You’ll often find me taking photos as inspiration for my artwork. My favorite thing in the world is painting with other people, which is why I love sharing space with other artists during workshops in my community.
The first drawing of a pet I ever did was my neighbors’ dog, who later passed away. Seeing how much they treasured their drawing as a memory, planted a seed to share more of my art with the world.
